Vista Supports LLC
Precious “Preciosa” Myers-Brown is the first woman of color to found and lead a full-service enabling technology and remote supports company in the IDD and aging services industry. Her company, Vista Supports LLC, is a nationally operating, fully minority-owned and minority-led enabling technology company headquartered in Washington, DC, serving IDD/HCBS providers and aging-in-place families across the nation, with a team that extends to Colombia.
Vista covers the entire enabling technology ecosystem, from personalized technology assessments and hardware deployment to technical assistance, quality assurance, and 24/7 remote support services. It is the infrastructure behind providers who are building their own remote support programs and transforming how care gets delivered.
What makes Vista different is who built it. Every member of the Vista team is a former frontline worker. Long before the regulations existed to support it, they were already building enabling technology ecosystems across a wide range of care settings, more than two decades ahead of the industry. They did not read about this work. They lived it.
That lived experience is exactly why Precious built Vista Supports LLC. She watched too many providers stay stuck in outdated systems while the people they support deserved so much more. Provider transformation is her newest form of advocacy, and Vista is the vehicle. The goal is simple: more providers with the tools, the training, and the confidence to build their own remote support capacity, so that the people we serve have real options and the freedom to live their best lives.
